I am a lifelong resident of Wilmington and a proud Delaware native. I just so happen to share a name with the famous comedian, Ray Romano and I like to think I'm a pretty funny guy. I am a member of the Delaware Chamber of Commerce and grew up in the Boys Club, so that organization holds a special place in my heart. I am a graduate of Hampton University and a family man.
